class=\"translation-block\">Fritaja, frtaja, frtada, il nome deriva dalla parola italiana fritto. Le uova sono tradizionalmente presenti in molte pietanze e la frittata \u00e8 sicuramente uno dei piatti a base di uova pi\u00f9 amati. Si tratta di una sorta di omelette. La ricetta base sono uova sbattute, salate e fritte all\u2019olio d'oliva. Le fritaje sono preparate con varie aggiunte a seconda della stagione, quindi conosciamo fritaje con piante di stagione come asparagi, bryonia, rusco, germogli d'aglio giovane. Usasi preparare anche la fritaja di carne con prosciutto, pancetta e salsicce.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">La fritaja alle erbe \u00e8 una frittata di uova preparata con la miscela di erbe aromatiche fresche che in Istria erano chiamate erbe per ovi. Nella fritaja alle erbe sono state mescolate erbe aromatiche di stagione come finocchietto, menta piperita, melissa, achillea, erba cipollina, rosmarino ecc. Le donne istriane legavano le erbe nei mazzi di fiori e le portavano a Trieste per la vendita. La fritaja era solitamente un piatto per la cena o la merenda e veniva mangiata con la polenta.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Ingredienti: uova, sale, pepe, erbe aromatiche.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Preparazione: sbatti le uova in una ciotola (puoi aggiungere un po 'di farina bianca e latte), aggiungi sale e pepe. Lava, asciuga ed affetta le erbe aromatiche e aggiungile alle uova per poi friggere da entrambi i lati in olio d'oliva.
