Restoration and conservation

Home Information Restoration and conservation

The museum conservators/restorers are highly qualified and capable of “saving”, restoring and conserving many items, typical museum ones or others. Our conservation/restoration team is responsible for returning many museum items “to their former glory”; the team offers its services to other institutions and individuals that wish to save items from deterioration or bring them back to their former beauty and usability.

The conservation/restoration team of the Regional Museum of Koper is made up of: Lidija Gardina (ceramics specialist) Jure Čeh (wood specialist) and Enio Vivoda (metals specialist).

If you have any object you would like to restore or conserve and display in a private collection or even use, feel free to feel free to contact us. Our previous work can be viewed in the gallery below.
